I have a question about SVCD's frame rate. Does it use 23.976 or 29.97?? Nero (5578) tells me that my 480x480 23.976 fps MPEG2 file is not a compliant file. The original file is FILM 23.976, and I want to keep it that way. Will standalone DVD players support 480x480 23.976 SVCDs??
Thanks for your help
