Anyone happen to know if Vobblanker works in Win 7 64 bit and/or 32 bit? I'm looking to get new Win 7 system sometime...currently on XP.
Thanks!

I have had no problems with it so far under W7 Ultimate 64bit.

Voblanker does not work for me in Windows 7 ultimate 64bit? I have tried the WinXP emulation mode but still did not work. I decided to get DVDremaker but for some reason, I can't get the hang of it. I keep doing something wrong, so I continue to use VoBlanker on another computer running WinXP. I have gotten just about every program I need to work in Win 7, except VoBlanker.

Doesn't it start at all? It runs fine on my win7 sp1 ultimate 64bit english. No emulation mode. And I'm using https://www.videohelp.com/download/VobBlanker_2130_exe.zip . Be sure to extract all files.

Yes it starts and enters the taskbar; but then I when right click to scroll to VobBlanker, it creates another VobBlanker. The only options I get when I right click, is VobBlanker, Pin this program to taskbar and close.

The odd thing is that I have this other computer Dell opiplex 620 Pentium D where I dual boot WinXP and Win7 ultimate 64bit and don't use Win7 that much on it but VobBlanker does work without any problems on this computer. I just tried it. But I prefer to do my video stuff on the HP a6400f core2duo. I guess there is something on that machine incompatible with VobBlanker for some reason. I wonder what it could be that prevents it from working?

I had the same problem. Try running the .reg files and removing the windows xp emulation.

When unpacking the vobblanker zip, there you will find two files: Remove_VobBlanker_settings and Remove_VobBlanker_WindowCoordinates. These files contain information that need to be put into the windows registry.

I used to have a problem getting VobBlanker to work in Vista. I had to first create a folder in my program files and then extract VobBlanker to that folder. Hopefully when I install it on my newer computer (Win 7) I don't have any trouble.

Thanks. That did the trick. I did not have to remove the WinXP emulation, just clicking the two reg files was enough. It works now; however, due to being frustrated with VobBlanker not working in Win7, I decided to purchase DVDremake for the $25 version. After having some difficulty with it (with no thanks to their lack of any support), I finally figured out how to use it. I must say that DVDremake, in the end, is much easier to use than VobBlanker. Everything is more out there for you, whereas VobBlanker tends to have things in various subcategories. Although, for my purposes VobBlanker is sufficient and could have saved $25 but it's done. I will have to make a note of this solution for the future.
