Assume I have an *.avi or *.mp4 video.
The video codec is Xvid or AVC/H.264
The audio part something (unknown).
I want to convert this video where the video part remains untouched while the audio part
is converted to LameMP3 VBR stereo with average bitrate is 128 kbps and maximum bitrate is 160 kbps.
How do I specify the corresponding cmdline command with ffmpeg?
