Made my 1st VCD like this: Caputured to DV / AVI file with Adobe Premiere 6.02, added titles & transistions, "Exported to Movie" as Microsoft AVI (6 hrs) , opened in TempEngc and USED the HOW TO to section to make a VCD. Result: Works fine in My Apex AD 1500, but the picture quality is poor.
I thought that perhaps if I just skipped the "Exported to Movie" as Microsoft AVI" step and go with Exported to Movie" as Panasonic MPEG1"
I could save literaly HOURS. Well now I end up with a VCD that Has Great icture quality, but the sound skips. Obviously I can't substitute TempEngc for Panasonic, because of the titles & transistions. So is it the Panasonic Encoder, it me or what. The CD media is the same and I used NERO 5.5 both times. Please Help.
