This looks like the right place for a question regarding editing a MKV with mkvmerge
The original MKV is AVC & AAC. The AAC is reported with a delay relative to video.
I converted AAC to AC3 for my standalone player.
When adding AC3 to original MKV do I need to set the delay to the value reported for AAC in order to have AC3 in sync with video?
Thanks for your help
