dtshd / mkv to m4v

I have a mkv file with a dts hd in it and tried to convert it via handbrake to m4v.
Handbrake doesn't like the dts hd in my mkv file so I have extracted/converted dtshd to dts via tsmuxer.

So the next step would be to insert the extracted dts track in my original mkv file without muxing the other tracks in my mkv file (video, other audio tracks ecetera). How can it be done?

mkvmergegui? Add original mkv, delete dtshd track, add dts track, mux.
