Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble converting H264 .mov's into .mp4's with Canopus Procoder 3, as it exports videos without audio tracks. The exporter is correctly set (AAC-LC, 96 kbps, 44.1 khz), but the audio track is absent (not mute) in the converted file.

Has anyone ever experienced this? Or knows how to deal with it?
