  1. I have been looking for a solution to this problem for some time, so any help is much appreciated.

I have a streaming media server set up to output a simple VC-1 encoded a/v source from Expression Encoder 4. I have the URL/port set up, and can embed with WMP just fine for all browsers on PCs.

I need to find a way to embed this live stream into a webpage that will display on Mac OSX devices. I have tried all kinds of things including installing apps like Flip4Mac and Perian. The only player I have found that has even played back the stream is VLC Media Player, but I have not been able to successfully EMBED the player. I have to 'open' the URL manually.

Every time I try embedding VLC player I get plug-in issues. I have read there is a FF plug-in for VLC player, but have not found it.

Can anyone prescribe a media player that can embed a VC-1 encoded streaming URL for Mac OSX, or tell me how to properly embed VLC Media Player for Mac OSX???

I really appreciate any guidance. Thx.
