iplayer extracted

Downloaded a local news transmission via get-iplayer and now trying to convert to well anything else using Vdub

I get black screens using vdub, the "ask for extended option" dialog does not even work! (nothing comes up the software appears to ignore my choice)

I have just downloaded ffdshow as in a thread I found that helped others

I also tried Format Factory which gave a decode fail issue

I had before thise installed the K-Lite mega codec pack!

Seems to be a murky and wonderful world working with videos!

Can you post the details from the video. Identify it using mediainfo. And if mediainfo doesn't work it's not any video.

The file does work in VLC and WMP and Media player Classic

The problem is I can't find a way to split the file for the article right at the end to obtain a pussy related segment...

Try avidemux.
