Hi,
I created an xvcd from a dv camcorder captured source. I pop the avi into tmpgenc and set the settings to the following differences from the standard
bitrate = 2250
Motion Search Precision = Highest Quality
I am also using toolame for the audio encoder and have tried it at 128 and 192
The problem is the voices on the video seem slowed down when played on the play. They aren't out of sync with the picture , the voices just sound deeper, not normal. These are home movies and I can really tell the difference.
Any idea what setting could be causing this? Is it the bitrate, should I just slow it down?
Thanks
Bruce
