  1. I am having trouble viewing or converting an .avi file to a viewable format. It says it is a Zmp5 format? Any suggestions?
I have tried VLC, I have tried ffmpeg, and lots of other conversion programs. The best i can figure out is that it is a Chinese format. Who knows? Any help would be appreciated.

    What says it is zmp5 format ? Mediainfo ? g-spot ?
Where did you get this from ?

Chances are that if you downloaded it it is a fake and requires you to download some spyware riddled crap to find this out.

  3. No it wasn't a downloaded file. It came off an IR camera. I found it was an zmp5 when I tried to convert it with ffmpeg.

Use Chrome browser to translate from Polish.

The answer is there. I see it.

It will load with DirectShow filters in Avisynth or VDubMod.
