When ever a vcd still menu is created by a vcd authorising program e.g. nero, vcd toolkit, TMPG, the mpeg still is always trimmed or is always stretched on my PAL TV.
I have followed the vcdimager vcd still guide at http://www.geocities.com/medinotes/vcd/mpeg_still_images.html and I have used VCD Easy's mpeg still creator, but the menus are never displayed properly on my TV, but are always displayed right on my PC monitor.
Does anyone know how to make perfect high resolution PAL MPEG stills (704*576) using TMPG or any other ways so that the menus can be displayed correctly on a PAL TV.
Thanks for your time.
