    I would like to make a VCD menu where you can put a little part of the movie or clip running/moving (as a mini TV) on the screen. I like Ulead authoring and burning software, but isn't enought for what I want.
    If exist, anybody knows what Ulead family software make this ? With Ulead DVD Movie Factory I can only put only one frame/picture in each mini TV.
    Do you know any software that make something like that?

    Look at the new ULEAD DVD workshop.It claims to produce animated menus (I didn't try)

    Yes, ULEAD DVD WORKSHOP will do animated menus, and there is
    a free trail verison online. However, it will NOT make animated
    menus for VCD or SVCD, only DVD.

    Myself and others have had horrible audio sync issues with
    this software however.

    Works fine for me with VCD, but not for DVD.
