    I have many files that I want to keep original.I was wondering if there is a way to keep it DTS while having PS3MS transcode the audio to AC3 or PCM or something that my PS3 can output to my HDTV via HDMI.

    You can set up your audio on the transcoding tab, however it is an all or nothing thing. You either transcode the whole stream, or you stream it through untouched. I find that I can transcode to 640 kbps AC3 for streaming over wireless g quite happily
