Document flip(3D) with W7 ultimate settings?

Hello,
Well i got my SSD drive going ...works awesome blazing fast. Have a issue now with my document flip on W7 ultimate. When I hit the button with my mouse a box pop's up instead of the 3D views of the documents. How do I change this? My other hard drive that has W7 home works great with 3D document flip. I have checked mouse settings they look fine. I have a Logitech MX 518 gaming mouse. Where in W7 ultimate can I change the setting for this document flip?

But can't get my W7 ultimate do do this. When I click the document flip button a task bar comes up with and the apps that I am running to choose from.
