    im looking for the fastest or best encoder that will utilize 64-bit windows 7 or more importantly all 8 threads over 4 cores

    anyone help?

    HCEnc has multi-threading support as does ImToo Platinum. The best DVD (Mpeg2) encoder is undoubtably CCE; I don't know if it supports multi-threading, but I expect so. Try google.

    divx is multi threaded.
    Corned beef is now made to a higher standard than at any time in history.
    The electronic components of the power part adopted a lot of Rubycons.
