Problem with AUTOMKV, Trying to Encode to MP4/X264

Problem is I load a decrypted file from dvd decrypter, change audio output to lame 192k, set width to 720, size is 1/4cd size, and hit 'start encode'

And there's no prompt screen at all, and on the program itself, on the bottom, it gets stuck when it says "normalizing audio volume...wait...WAIT" or something like that, but nothing is encoding at all, my cpu is as 0% usage.

I have avisynth, lame, ffdshow, .net framework 4.0 all installed, so what gives?

What does it say under the automkv log tab?

Or upgrade to hdconverttox by same author. Or use other x264 frontends like handbrake, staxrip, xvid4psp.
