    When I need to edit a menu in PS and replace back into the DVD I use VOBblanker to do it (using the guide for it). Is PGCEdit 9 capable of doing the same thing? I saw there is an export menu but it does not make a BMP (it makes a PGCedit specific file).

    Exporting a menu is a different operation than is replacing the menu background (the edited BMP). PGCEdit is designed for one; VobBlanker for the other. As far as I know, PGCEdit can't replace the menu background.
