    Greetings to all i just saw your community while trying to find a solution for my problem and here i am.. i just got an documentary in mkv format. when i play it in lets say BS player it goes great fluid picture sound and English subtitles.Now my wife wants to see it in our language subtitles so i found a .srt version of it and i downloaded
    mkvtoolnix-unicode-3.2.0-setup.exe and follow the instructions from the forum and there is my problem: when i add subtitles and play it the subtitles are all over the screen and all screen is freezing a little bit as well like it loses FPS...


    any suggestions?? i must have been doing something wrong.. pls help.

    since there is no answer im assuming that i didn't explain well the problem that i have so i will do my best this time.. ok.. i have a documentary with mkv extension and English subtitles. when i open it with mkvmerge GUI this is what i get

    now.. if i play the documentary with subtitles its all great fluid pictures normal font size subtitles everyrthing.

    Now.. i found subtitles in my native language with an .srt extension, i change its name to look the same as the video file and i added it as suggested somewhere in the forum so it looks like this now

    but now the problem.. when i play it i get this

    and if i hit a full screen view they are still HUGE font size not all over the screen but like 60 % of picture...and another problem is that everytime the player needs to display those new subtitles picture freezes a little bit and as resoult the subtitles are off time


    can anyone help me find a solution???
