    I just got a new HP DV4 with Windows 7 home premium. I noticed that when I run videos, on youtube or nba.com the screen flashes white and black. Screen flickers when I type. I am running in compatiblitity mode turned on. Flash media 10 is downloaded.....so not sure what is causing this.

    hmmm, I just did windows update and restarted. the problem seemed to have gone away.
