I am looking aseveral Philips Portable DVD Players. I am looking at a DCP 951, DCP851 or a DCP 723. Which one has PAL play back? I see them on Ebay and some say they do have PAL in the play back and some do not. Need some help on making a decision.

 You have two hurdles to cross.
 1) Region Codes
 2) NTSC/PAL format playback.
 They are not the same....and a region hack does not automatically
 solve the PAL playback problem....as a matter of fact it rarely does.
