Any converter for FLAC 6.1?

Hi just browsing in audio tools in main menu.
But I can't find tool for converting FLAC 6.1 to any format. (AC3,AAC to Surround or stereo)
All I can find in forum is to convert it with Foobar. Maybe I miss something.

6.1? that would be quite rare - or do you mean 5.1 or 7.1 audio ?

I think I misread the audio properties. I believe it is 7.1.
