Hello
I tried to burn a VCD with "Nero" from a downloaded mpg-File but I got an error message that the videofile had the wrong picture format.
How can I convert the wrong format to a picture format compatible with the VCD Standard?
The downloaded file had a format like 388x??? and AFAIR I need 352x288 for a VCD. Is that right?
Can somebody help me...please?
