    I have a Philips DVP 3150V DVD VCR combo. I just bought a DVD in New Zealand and until now didn't know anything about region codes. Mine can only play region 1 and this is 4. Is there anything I can do about this? I have searched all over the internet...but no luck. Help!

    You will need to buy a new region free player.

    Aside from the region coding, there is also the PAL/NTSC issue.
