  1. Got a warning that my virual space was low. Said my 24G partition had 22800 on it--couldn't believe it!!!
When I opened up C: partition, and pressed properties on each folder in the C: partition, it didn't come close to 23G! Where is all the extra room going?

I do have a lot of programs (giveawayoftheday, Adobe PS, Acrobat, Indd, Quark, and odds and ends, but when I hit properties on the "Programs" folder, only a few Gigs shows up. So where is all the rest going?

    Thanks

P.S. If I start over and put all programs into a different partition other than C: would I have problems with Ghost or True Image going back, or would I have to copy both partitions each time (I don't see any benefit if this is the case). How about the built in Go Back feature in XP. Would this affect C drive also.

I assume you meant "virtual space". Could be many things using up the space, most of which aren't your actual programs. You can run a program such as CCleaner, to clean up all of your unused and temp files. You may also want to check the amount of space you are using for System Restore. It's also possible that you are running an app that has it's default download folder on that drive and you have a folder full of files.

A little browsing about and you should be able to find the folder eating all the space.
