DVD Chapter Menus

I have loads of DVD Data files in the form of BUP and VOB formats. It is four episodes of a TV show and i was wondering if i can seperate the episodes using a DVD menu. Is there anyways i can do this? I am using Nero express to burn my files.

Use NeroVisionExpress or TDA.

I cant because when i do the file size enlarges to big for me to fit on the disk.

After you're done just run the exported DVD in DVDShrink or Nero Recode.

That's due to the running time. You need to re-encode. Assuming 4 one hour shows (at about 50 minutes each) that's about 3.5 hours. Nero Vision will accommodate 3.5 hours (whether the resulting quality is acceptable is up to you). Manually set your video bitrate to about 2600kb/s. A better solution would be 3 episodes per disc.

nic2k4's suggestion also will work. Either way, a transcode or re-encode is needed.
