hello , I want upload some file to some server . but the problem is the server not allowed
file big then 10MB , So my Question is
Can we change the file size by using HEX Editor or any method with out make any
Damage to our film ? Is this possible ?
When i mean change the size is just Apparently just to paypass the server

	Not really, there is usually only a small section at the beginning that you can edit without impairing the video, this would be a few bytes at most. 
 
 I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish by you can use an archiving method to cut it up( e.g. winrar, 7-zip, HJ-Split) , and upload in pieces
