    Hello,

I just got my new x360 and i was wondering if it is possible to encode a MKV movie to a MP4 movie that can be played on the x360 without any qulity loss. I have tried GOTsent but i cant add subtitles i that tool. Then i have tried XviD4PSP 5.0, and it works really good but the files size i not so big as the mp4 file that GOTsent created?

Do i loose any quality when i use XviD4PSP 5.0?

    Hope someone can help me

    Regards,
    r00t

MKV is not a blu-ray. Moving you to our video conversion section.

Yes, you will lose quality with xvid4psp (or any method when you add hardcoded subtitles). But you may not notice it though. You can adjust the file size by click on the E next the Video Encoding and change to the 2-pass size under Encoding mode.
