I have the following error message from AVIAddXsubs when trying to ađ a srt file to an Avi file

[Hong Gil Dong 01.avi]
ON READING "hong gil dong 01.srt":
Wrong start time for Subtitle 2
It has to be later than the time of the
previous subtitle.
Use Windows Notepad to edit and fix srt file.
Please note that the subtitle may not be
placed according to its number. If not found
where expected search the whole srt file.

What and how should I have to do to fix it ?
Please help.

Try "repair" the srt subtitle using something like Subtitle Processor first.

I have download Subtitle Processor, but do not know how to use it to repair.
Why the message "Wrong start time for Subtitle 2". I only want to have only one subtitle.
Please help.
