I have a .bin and .cue file, and i usually burn them in cdrwin, but i was wondering if i would get better quality if i put them into mpg form instead.

HuH?
I think you're turning things around.
CUE/BIN is actually a CD-Image, that is ready to be burned onto cdr(w).
Mpg/MPeG is a movie, which can be authored many times into those cue/bin (a cue/bin is 1 cd, containing more 1 or more mpg's). -
can somebody please explain bin/cue files and cd image for me or me give me a link to follow i dont have a clue what they are all about!!!

cue/bin
are CD-Images
Cue describe how the Data in the according bin file is organized.
(and whats the name and path of the bin)
I think created first by CDRWIN(Yug, dont use this)
i think there was a little mixup.
Extract the AV-Seq.dat file from the BIN(with Isobuster or WinIso)
rename avseq01.dat to mpg -> Voila
renaming the bin file wont work...
