It's been quite a while since I last heard of anything about this promising Hexen remake.

Also is this an official Doom3 multi-player map? I don't recognise it...

I hate playing games on the PC...
Unfortunately, most of them translate very poorly to console. I remember when heXen came out and how huge it was, but I didn't even HAVE a PC at that time.
When it was released for PlayStation I picked it up and it was utter crap.

I must say that what you linked to looks pretty damned SWEET! but I doubt I'll ever partake as I simply cannot stand playing games on PC -- relatively "small" screen (22" CRT), sitting a freakin' desk chair for hours on end, forced to use the ass-backward mouse and keyboard interface, no "real" soundsystem.
I'd much rather kick back on the recliner in front of the big screen in the middle of my bad-ass surround system to shoot some monsters in the face.
