You should be able to use one of the all-in-one converters in our 'Tools' section: https://www.videohelp.com/tools/sections/all-in-one-dvd-converters
FAVC is popular for freeware, ConvertXToDVD for payware solutions, but others also work fairly well. And there are guides listed at the bottom of most tool pages and other 'HOW TO' guides listed to the upper left on this page. <<<<
I would recommend trying ImgBurn for burning.
And this isn't about 'Video Streaming'. Moving you to Newbie/General Forum.
And welcome to our forums. -
Do you want a DVD with a menu and scene selections, or just someting that plays a movie?
Are you comfortable learning a multi-step process, or would you be happy with the all-in-one's that may compromise quality?
What's the format, ratio, and framerate of the original AVI?Cheers, Jim
