    Hi I am using the above but every time I try add a movie I get this error below but I have removed all full stops or periods and any other symbols. but it still says it.

    Have you just tried rename it to to like bbc.avi with no spaces and with a short name?

    just renamed it to BBC.avi and still get that error so I am baffled to why this is as only period mark now is after BBC and if I remove that then it wont know its a movie it says cannot contain any of those characters but it only has a period
