Ok, bin/cue file of a SVCD movie. I use nero to burn as always and when I play it back on a standalone DVD player the vertical hold goes wacko and the picture is jittery. I thought "hmm" maybe it was a PAL ripped SVCD and that was the problem as I live in USA. I need your expert input on this people. My thought is to extract the original files and re burn in another format. Can that be done or is to late now that it is already a SVCD from the source?

Im having the opposite problem, i want to convert NTSC film (23.976 fps) Divx to PAL...
First you need to separate the Audio from the Video, i'm pretty sure thats possible with SVCD (anyone?)
The video part is easy, use Tmpgenc to convert, selecting "Do not Frame Rate conversion". The Audio is harder. I need to stretch the audio file (WAV) by just the right amount (4.096% - correct me if i'm wrong..) , you will need to do the same (dont know the amount for NTSC), I know Cool-edit can do this but I dont have it.
