Odd problem - Pinnacle Studio+ 10.7 renders the first 250 (yes 250, not 25) frames of my movie accurately, and then interlaces all the subsequent frames, regardless of the codec. I have tried huffyUV, DivX and uncompressed frames, all end up interlaced and looking terrible. The source video is PAL DV that has been deinterlaced (separate fields then Gunnar Thalin's SMooth Deinterlace) then saved uncompressed. Any ideas ?

.....I hadn't chosen "alternate field order" in the deinterlace filter.......
