    Hi

    I've encoded a video with H264 from Premiere Pro.

    I've put this video with the new player from JLW FLV Media player (www.jeroenwijering.com) on my website.

    When I access this video, I have to wait until it is fully downloaded before it plays.

    I would like this video to play right before it starts (well, I mean, I can wait a few seconds but not 15 or more)

    How ?

    Well this post puts an end to a 48 hours research

    First download and install Adobe Air

    Then download and install QTindexswapper

    Convert the file (takes about 3 sec)

    Upload your file

    Watch it start right away

    Enjoy

    you're probably watching your cache because the server has to be set up to stream
    onunload=this(!)flush;
