    I would like to insert 7 of the most common languages into a dvd, give the viewer the choice to select subtitles on/off and select the language of their choice through the dvd menu.

    Does Premier Elements allow you to do that?

    or any other products?

    It's mainly "advanced" dvd authoring tools that have support for 7 subtitle tracks or more. You can try Adobe Encore DVD, DVD-Lab Pro, DVD Architect.

    Which of the ones you listed do you like best?

    I need to get software with subtitle capability, but I dont know what to get!

    I have only used DVD-lab pro, worked good but can be a little buggy.
