I am trying to replace the music on a 45 second mpg video clip. I was able to do it with TMPEnc.exe but the resulting file is only halve the size of the original. The quality is still acceptable but I wonder what are the right settings (or software) to do nothing else besides replacing the existing sound with music from an mp3 file.
