Problems converting from bin/cue to mpg

I am having trouble converting bin/cue to mpg nowadays. Every release comes with two cue files (one normal and one for fireburner). When trying to convert the normal one with Vcdgear 3.06 I get lots of tracks and I cant seem to be able to join them. I can convert them one by one but if I click "Join tracks" I get an error message that the output-file cannot be created. When trying to convert with the cue file for fireburner I can convert it but the framerate is really bad.

Can any1 give me some hint about how to convert this? I had no problem converting before when they only included one cue file.

use isobuster. i think there is a link int he tools section. i have had no problems with it.
