    Hi,

    I live In India & have Kortek Electronic's KY-999 DVD player. While playing one original english DVD I am getting message 'Wrong Region'.

    Can someone please help, so that I can play this DVD!

    You need a player hack.

    Some are listed at https://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks but I can't see one for your brand. Google for your manufacturer and "hack" and you may find one.

    Otherwise, if you have a DVD burner, you can back up the disc to a region-free version.

    Your best bet is to just get a DVD player that is region free.

    You can try copying the disc as noted above by AlanHK to remove the region coding, however, not all players can convert NTSC video to PAL (and vice versa), so this may not help.
