Capture Cards that work with Media Encoder 9.0

I need to find a capture card that will encode within media encoder 9.0. This card will need to capture old DVD footage plus VHS,NTSC and Sky Digital. The card must be NTSC + PAL and also HD ready. Cost is not a problem.
Are there any such cards out there. Any help would be great.

Windows Media Encoder 9.0 has no real support for hardware encoding device build in like it use to.

Best option for what ask for in your post would be Digital Rapids StreamZHD
