So this is what i did:
- Extracted wav with virtualdub from divx avi file (25fps)
- Converted avi and wav with tmpgenc to vcd format (using PAL setting)
When i burned it with nero (with PAL setting), the image comes out, but it appears on the bottom side of the screen. Why is it doing this and how can i fix it?
