I have a Toshiba notebook and I noticed the touchpad sometimes automatically turns off and I have to insert a mouse to move the pointer. I didn't turn it off, so not sure what is going on. Does anyone else have this problem?

Fn + F9 is usually the hotkey combo for toshibas to turn the touchpad on and off. The icon unfortunately looks a lot like the icon for switching displays as well. I look after some 500 toshiba laptops, and the number of times people have turned off there touchpads when trying to connect to a projector . . . . Read my blog here.
