It is possible to play an interlaced SVCD on a computer and use TV-Out to play it on a TV? I have TV-Out on my video card and a "TVAtor" gadget that coverts VGA to NTSC composite or s-video and does a good job for playing movies. I was wondering, is it possible through either of these methods to get an interlaced video to play tv-out without any interlacing artifacts?
