Hi all, I wasn't sure where to post this so I figured the general forum would do.

What I would like to know is: would it be against the rules if I asked somebody else to record a TV program for me (not a movie, TV series or show of any sort, but a sports event not available where I live) and then mail me a copy of that program/upload it somewhere on the internet for me to download? Of course I would pay the person for their time/shipping costs etc.


The program I'm interested in is the Chicago Marathon which will air tomorrow Sunday October 7 on (according to http://www.chicagomarathon.com/CMS400Min/Chicago_Marathon/runner_information/index.aspx?id=198#cbs and http://cbs2chicago.com/programming ) CBS2 Chicago 07:30-11:00am local time.

If this is not acceptable per the rules then please trash this thread, on the other hand if it's fine would someone be so kind to do me this favor?
