Program won't load?

I've been using this program for years now with zero problems and I tried to start the program (v2.1) today and it froze as it was loading then after about 30 seconds the program closed. So I reinstalled that version as well as the v2.5 version and neither work, they both freeze as its loading. I have net. 2.0 and I'm on winxp. I never ran across this before.

Any suggestions?
