I'm trying to do a TMPGenc two pass VBR encode of a VCD. Ulead Movie Factory tells me it's not a compliant MPEG. I'm just trying to see what 2 pass will do for quality, and I've tried setting min and max to 1150, which I suppose makes it a CBR. All other settings are those for the CBR VCD that Movie Factory normally takes. Am I doing something wrong, or is it that Movie Factory doesn't like VBR? Thanks.![]()

Yep, I had the same problem. DVDMF wouldn't accept a VBR MPEG1. Looks like it doesn't support it.
