Philips PET824 region free hack not working

I tried the region free hack I found here but it didn't work:

Switch player On and Open tray door
Press Setup on the remote control
Move menu selector down to Preferences and press Right arrow
Press 2, 1, 2, 2, 2 and 5
Press Left Arrow
Press Down Arrow
Press 0 when the screen displays region code
Press Setup to exit

Anybody an idea what else I can try? When I press right arrow, it just goes to Audio and then nothing at all happens when I press all teh numbers.

Well, after I tried at least ten times I finally got it - you have to make sure to REALLY press the buttons hard enough - I could have sworn I did every time, but apparently not.
