I have a strange problem I am capturing Video8 Ntsc tapes and some of my tapes are captured correctly . The other tapes are captured but have streaks in them . I decided to try a difrent company to produce the DVD and it was produced correctly.

My question is are there different types of NTSC

The second question how does one correct this problem

    Thanks

It's electronical compensation for speed fluctuations in mechanical parts (like motion heads etc.) of a VCR which can cause video synch problems.
