I need a hack to make this recorder LG RH 188S regionfree so I can play all regions .

go to dvd hacks which are to your left of this page type in your model # it should say go to setup then go to lock then push the #0 7 times now your recorder should be region free

i just read the dvd hacks to the left in this forum their are two hacks listed on that page one for the regular lg rh 188s and one with a hard drive if you used the right one then im sorry they are most allways right again im sorry if it didn't work
